By engaging or using Nikkah in Makkah to organize your Nikkah ceremony at the Holy sites of Masjid Al Haram or Masjid An Nabawi, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility and Documentation
- All clients must provide valid identification, marital status certification, and any additional documents required by Saudi authorities.
- Foreign clients must ensure their visa allows for marriage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- We reserve the right to refuse services if documentation is incomplete or regulations are not met.
Booking and Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified in your package.
- Final payments must be completed before the scheduled Nikkah date.
- Payments are non-transferable.
Permissions and Legal Compliance
- All ceremonies are subject to official approval by mosque authorities and relevant governmental bodies.
- We will facilitate and expedite all necessary permissions, but final approval rests with Saudi authorities.
- Unauthorized ceremonies are strictly prohibited.
Ceremony Arrangements
- The ceremony must comply with the sanctity and regulations of Masjid Al Haram and Masjid An Nabawi.
- Attendance may be limited to immediate family and essential participants, as per mosque guidelines.
- No unauthorized photography, decorations, or celebrations are allowed within the mosque boundaries.
Post-Nikkah Celebrations
- Any celebratory feasts or gatherings must take place in compliance with local laws and outside mosque premises.
- Arrangements for such events are optional and subject to venue availability and approval.
Accommodation and Additional Services
- Accommodation, such as the ones with the view of the Holy Kaaba or the Haram, is subject to availability and booked on a first-come, first-served basis only.
- If there are any changes made to the itinerary after the booking then it may incur extra charges according to the policies of the hotels involved.
Visa, Travel, and Transfers
- Clients are responsible for providing all required travel documents.
- We assist with guidance and applications but do not guarantee visa issuance, which is subject to Saudi government approval.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event may qualify for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.
- Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not issued for denial of entry, visa issues, or authority refusal/changes in mosque policy.
Liability
- We are not liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, regulatory changes, acts of God, or public health events.
- All arrangements are provided in good faith, and every effort will be made to fulfill your requested services.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients and their guests must adhere to the codes of conduct, dress, and decorum as set out by mosque authorities.
- Any violations may result in removal from the mosque or cancellation of the ceremony without refund.
Changes to Terms
- Nikkah in Makkah reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Our updated terms would be always available to read on the website.
